What do you need from a new sub-contractor?

A current certificate of insurance (general liability, and workers comp where required), a W-9, any applicable licenses, and a few photos or references of recent work. You can attach all of it in the form above.

How and when do subs get paid?

On a clear, agreed scope, with prompt payment on completion and sign-off. We don’t make good crews chase checks.

I’m a supplier or marketing vendor. Should I call?

Please use the form instead and choose the vendor option. It routes to the right person and keeps our sales line open for homeowners. We do read every submission.
